We continue to see phishing attempts targeting VSB email accounts. For the second time this month, a compromised staff account was used to send a fraudulent message to some secondary student email accounts.

Our systems quickly identified and removed the message from students’ inboxes. We continue to monitor our systems and remind students, families and staff to be cautious with unexpected messages, links, attachments and requests for payment or personal information.
