1. Reunification Form (Distributed to students) - Required
2. Personal Information Verification Form (Distributed to students - individualized) - Required
3. Log on to https://myforms.vsb.bc.ca/ to complete the following forms:

• VSB Internal Media Consent
• Student AUP - Acceptable Use Policy 
• External Use Media Consent
• Adobe CC Consent (if applicable)
• CASL - Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation
